CELLULAR NUTRITION

Cellular Nutrition is:

1. Identifying the classes of nutrients that make up a perfect food.

2. Taking non-synthetic products of these nutrients that are extracted from foods.

The Plan:

Step 1- Begin taking the classes of nutrients starting with the top four on the list*:

Step 2- Add each class of nutrients until you are taking all of them.
Note: The best results for cellular health come when taking all of the classes at the same time.

Perhaps you are thinking, “I already take vitamins.” The question is, “Are you taking a Plant-Based Vitamin / Mineral supplement, or is it a synthetic forgery of the real thing?” Only an all natural plant extracted vitamin/mineral supplement is Cellular Nutrition.

The KEY:

To take products made ONLY from food extracts – NOTHING Synthetic.

FOOD EXTRACT supplements require little digestion, but go directly to the cell.

*For a list of various companies that provide products of classes of nutrients go to the individual nutrient pages or see “Product List/Order Page”.

CLASSES of NUTRIENTS ROLES OF NUTRIENTS
Plant-Based Vitamins

Chemical substances that are involved in cell and tissue formation and help us use energy from food.
Read about Synthetic vs. Non-Synthetic Vitamins.

Plant-Based Minerals An important part of all cellular function; essential to activate and utilize enzymes, vitamins and amino acids.
Amino Acids Protein structures that make up the "substance of the body" including blood, hormones and all tissues. Amino Acids mobilize fat for energy, and increase enzyme production.
Glyconutrients Plant saccharides that are responsible for all cellular communication. Glyconutrients help our immune system identify healthy tissue vs. foreign invaders (viruses, bacteria) or mutations such as cancer. They are the 5 Star Generals directing the troops.
Essential Fatty Acids Building blocks of fats used in cell structure, some chemical messengers, and are also found in high amounts in the brain.
Phytosterols Plant sterols that nourish the endocrine system which produces our hormones. Hormones regulate metabolism, growth, tissue repair, sexual development and function; mood and energy levels.
Anti-Oxidants Natural compounds that devour free radicals and help repair and protect our cells. 70 percent of Americans will die of free radical oxidative stress: cancer, heart attack and stroke. Anti-oxidants can protect us from premature death.

CELLULAR HEALTH

Every moment of our lives, our old cells are dying and new ones are taking their place. This is called cell turnover, but proper cellturnover does not happen without the right nutrition. Our average cell turnover is estimated between 7 and 10 years. As cells become old and worn out they either:

A. Do not receive proper molecular nourishment and die or mutate (toxins also cause cell death).

B. Receive properly structured nourishment and they are replaced with new healthy cells!

Once the cell receives proper and complete nourishment, it has great power to heal!

Note: It does not matter how “well” we think we are eating, if the right nourishment is not reaching our cells, we are slowly starving. Individuals suffering from ill health, usually are NOT able to digest and absorb food properly.

It is important that your nutrition is:

Rich in Nutrients - nutrition that your cells can actually use.
Properly Digested - broken down into a form that your cells can use.
Well Absorbed - delivered to the cell.
Pure - free from toxins.

What are you getting to your cells?
